Regardless of the number of guests, the following cancelation fees apply depending on the period of cancellation.

* the percentage is that of the basic accommodation rate retained as a cancelation fee.
* In the case of the length of a reserved stay being shortened, a cancellation fee equal to one day's stay (first day) shall apply regardless of how much the stay is shortened by.
* In the case of cancellation of part of a group reservation (15 persons or more), a cancellation fee shall not apply if the cancellation is for up to 10% of the total number of guests (rounded up in the case of fractions), and notification of the cancellation is received up to 10 days before the date of the stay (or the day the reservation was made if made less than 10 days in advance).
